Does test on animals?N-O-P-E! be real. is a cruelty-free brand. #berealteam are bunch of animal lovers, we would never test products or ingredients on animals. We walk and play with puppies , not test on them! We have tried and tested all the product ourselves (as you can imagine, our HQ is full of lip creams by now).

Does ship to multiple addresses?Unfortunately, we don’t. You have to create different order to ship to different addresses.
Can I change my order once it has been placed?Unfortunately, once an order has begun processing we are unable to make any changes to it (including product choices and shipping details). Please be sure to carefully review your order before placing it.
Is my information kept private?Don't worry! Your privacy is something we take seriously. be real. guarantees that all your information is kept private and will not be disclosed to other parties.

I have not received my order confimation. What should I do?Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation e-mail after 24 hours, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your inquiry.
How long does delivery takes?
Our cutoff orders hour is at 2 PM every working days. Once you confirm your payment before 2 PM, we will process the order that day and send it to the shipping company. The shipping company will deliver the lip cream to you. This varies from 3-4 days for domestic deliveries.
Please note that you can put order on weekends/day-offs/national holidays, but the team will process it later on the first working day after the holidays :)

What should I do if I receive the wrong product or the product is broken?:( We're so sorry for the inconvenience. Please email us at email@example.com about your situation and you'll receive an exchange guide from there. You will need to send your goods to our HQ and we'll replace your product with the right one. Please do so within 7 days from the shipping date.
